Meet the Doctor

Dr. Thippeswamy received her medical degree from the renowned Bangalore Medical College and did her residency training in Pediatrics at the Texas Tech University. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

After her residency training, she worked as a locums physician for several leading pediatricians in the South Bay and Mid-Peninsula areas. In addition, she is a staff pool physician in the Kaiser Santa Teresa Medical Center.

Dr. Thippeswamy’s passion for pediatrics grew out of her flair for relating to children. She derives great joy from offering personalized medical care to children. Her dream of operating her own practice is informed by this commitment to personalized care. She has a special interest in neonatology, adolescent medicine and infectious diseases.

She lives in Santa Clara with her husband and two year old son. Her hobbies include cooking, gardening and hiking.
